The Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has, in separate cases, arrested several individuals of different nationalities with over 7 kg of narcotics worth more than BD310,000.
Investigations into the received information led to the identification and arrest of the suspects and the confiscation of the illicit substances and drug money. Legal proceedings were taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
