Civil defence teams extinguished a fire in a carpentry and nearby shops in Salmabad

The Civildefence teams extinguished a fire in a carpentry and nearby shops in the Salmabad area with 16 firefighting vehicles. 

The Director-General of Civil Defence, Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Kubaisi, while supervising the firefighting operations at the incident site, said the teams rushed to the location and started the rescue and fire extinguishing operations. They controlled the fire and carried out the cooling operation. He said that no injuries were reported, and an investigation was launched to find the reason behind the incidents.
