The Capital Governorate Police Directorate has conducted law enforcement campaigns to tackle violations by street vendors. Several individuals were arrested in December and January. Legal proceedings were taken, and the violations were referred to the Public Prosecution. The directorate vowed to continue efforts by holding campaigns to tackle violations that could hinder traffic.
