Northern Governorate hosts Ramadan majlis

BNA:

Northern Governor Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdul Hussein Asfoor has affirmed unwavering allegiance to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and full commitment to the Royal directives issued by HM the King to protect national security and achievements while stressing the importance of exchanging visits during the holy month of Ramadan.

He paid tribute to HM the King, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for their directives.

He also commended the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Interior to strengthen national unity and counter all attempts to undermine security, stability and national achievements. This came during the Northern Governorate’s Ramadan majlis, which hosted a dialogue session focusing on the law on alternative punishments.

Former MP and lawyer Farid Ghazi took part in the session , along with the Interior Ministry’s Law Enforcement Directorate, the Crime Prevention Directorate and the Tamam programme.

The Governor commended the Royal directives issued by HM the King to ensure an efficient implementation of the system of alternative punishments and praised the follow-up by HE the Minister of Interior and HE the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments.
