Shaikh Ahmed stressed the need for the next generation to learn the culture of the World Customs Organization and understand the values that bind employees in the customs work environment to contribute to achieving the common goals supported by the organization and in the interest of all member states. He also thanked and appreciated all customs brokers who have contributed to facilitating work through coordination and constructive cooperation, stressing the endeavor of Customs Affairs to continue efforts towards developing services. The ceremony included honouring customs brokers and those cooperating with customs affairs in successfully hosting the 87th meeting of the Public Policy Committee, which was recently hosted by Bahrain, represented by the Economic Development Board and the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in addition to the customs affairs employees.
