We hope this brings goodness and blessings to the people. We also take this opportunity to provide important guidance to our brothers who drive vehicles during the rainy weather. Driving vehicles in the rain is not the same as driving during moderate weather. Driving in the rain is fraught with dangers unless the driver takes the necessary measures to make it safe, as rain is one of the most important causes of traffic accidents resulting from slips as well as poor clear vision. The first of these tips or measures is that the vehicle should be in a sound technical condition and able to cope with these conditions without posing a danger to passengers or other public road users. The Traffic Law stipulates that the vehicle must always be in a state suitable for driving on the public road so as not to endanger its driver, passengers or road users, or cause damage to persons or public or private property. One of the most important aspects of the technical safety of the vehicle is the safety of the tires. During rain, a mud layer forms on the road surface as a result of the rain mixing with the dust. The buffer, and vice versa, when the tire is not sound, or its grooves (patterns) are eroded, as this layer affects the friction of the tire with the road surface and leads to slipping, even if the brakes are working properly.
