7 MARCH 2023 Khalifa chaired Bahrain’s delegation at the session’s meeting chaired by Palestinian Interior Minister General Ziad Hab al-Reeh. Speaking on the occasion, His Excellency thanked the Tunisian President for inaugurating the session. He also thanked the Tunisian Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine for his hospitality and Omani Interior Minister Hamoud Bin Faisal Albusaidi, for his efforts while chairing the previous session of the council. He expressed gratitude towards the General Secretary of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, Dr. Mohammad bin Ali Kuman and all the council members for their organisational efforts. His Excellency began by praying for the souls of the earthquake victims in Syria and Türkiye to rest in peace, patience for their loved ones and quick recovery for the injured. “This disaster created a humanitarian stand to provide assistance to various countries.
