SECURITY of His Excellency the Minister of Interior to enhance the quality of government services. He explained that the classification reflects the department’s commitment to implementing global best practices in customer service and improving the work environment by adopting quality initiatives and leveraging modern technologies in line with the national vision for digital transformation. He pointed out that among the most prominent initiatives implemented were improving the customer experience, simplifying procedures, and providing faster and more efficient services. He commended the great efforts made by the department’s employees in performing their duties efficiently, stressing that the spirit of teamwork and dedication to performing their duties were decisive factors in achieving this distinction. He concluded his statement by emphasizing the department’s continued implementation of development initiatives, investing in its human resources, and providing services that meet customer expectations, thus strengthening Bahrain’s position in providing distinguished government services. Highest quality standards After the Service Centre at the Muharraq Security Complex received the Gold Rating for the second consecutive time in the same category, Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Defence Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Kubaisi highlighted the commitment of all personnel to adopting initiatives to ensure the development and improvement of government services according to the highest quality standards, in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him. He also highlighted his support for all aspects of the development process to provide government services with a high level of efficiency, quality, and excellence. He emphasized the continued development of services provided to the public under the directives of His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior.
