SECURITY is Excellency the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received former UK Chief of Defence Staff General Sir Nicholas Carter, in the presence of the Deputy Chief of Public Security, Major General Dr. Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
