To be honest, I have not come here to watch the race as such but to soak in the atmosphere and feel a part of the overall aura.” She said she, along with her husband, have thoroughly enjoyed the activities around the public area and did watch the practice sessions as well. “We had heard so much about Bahrain before we came here and will, over the years, explore the country that we hope will be our home for many years.” German national Friedrich Hans is a regular visitor to the Bahrain GP and says he always looks forward to coming here. “Besides the race itself, there is so much more to do. I particularly enjoy being at the Manama Suq just before I come to the Circuit and catch up with friends at the coffee shops and traditional restaurant.” He said over the last few years, he has made local friends who he loves to spend time with. “This is something that I have not done anywhere else in the world. Bahrain is so open, so welcoming and it grows around you. I love it here.” He said he has been particularly impressed with how much the Bahrain GP has grown over the year. “I have been coming here for the last 10 years and always find something new to experience.
