raise be to God, who has bestowed upon us the gift of faith, patience in His judgment, its acceptance and sincerity in our reliance on Him. Glory be to Him, the Most High. We believe in what He has destined for us in this life, and that every person will have what they strive for. God created us for work and worship, and this is manifested in leaving a positive impact on our lives so that God may be pleased with us. Those with whom God is pleased, His servants will be pleased with them. I say these words after the passing of our great brother and Bahraini loss, Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Buhaji, “Abu Mohammed”, whose love for this man, whose good morals and wonderful qualities were expressed by all segments of Bahrain. This is evidence of the love of God Almighty. In the noble hadith, it is stated, «When Allah loves a servant, He calls Gabriel and says, ‹I love so-and-so, so love him.› Gabriel loves him, then calls out to the heavens, saying, ‹Allah loves so-and-so, so love him.› The inhabitants of the heavens love him, and then acceptance is granted to him on earth. My brother and role model in life, the pain of losing you confuses me: Should I mourn you or should I mourn myself? I have lived with you my entire life, and I have seen in you a man who possessed all the qualities and true meaning of manhood. I have seen you in the most difficult and harshest situations, patient, accepting, and smiling. I learned from you that life goes on easily when you realize that Allah makes things easy. You were a human being in every sense of the word, spreading positivity wherever you went. You were honest with yourself and others, and your frankness was accepted with love by everyone because you loved them sincerely. When we say you are kind, you are the epitome of kindness. When we say you are sincere, you are the epitome of sincerity. Even in your anger, you were wise and smiling. You taught us that through sincere giving, a person earns people’s love and respect. My big brother, your vision for life was clear, believing that happiness in life is not achieved solely through personal satisfaction and bliss, but also through service to people and positively influencing them. Throughout your life, you worked to fear God and respect others. You departed this world without leaving any personal disputes, but rather a rich legacy of love and respect for people, because you were sincere in every aspect of life. Bahrain will miss you, the spreader of love and happiness every morning. You were the voice of security and safety, with your beautiful spirit that renewed our mornings every day. This spirit did not leave you even while you were on your deathbed. Your positive spirit remained present, and no one felt your suffering from the pain of illness. To your pure soul, I say: You have taught me a great deal throughout my personal and professional life. You are the one who put me at the beginning of my career in the field of security awareness and education. You did not skimp on advice, guidance, and direction because you trusted my capabilities. Although you have left us, we will miss you, your laughter and your conversations, with whom we lived the most beautiful moments, days and situations. You will remain in our hearts and minds, and a symbol of Bahrain, and your message of love for the homeland, which loved you and which you loved, will remain a light for generations. The most difficult moments in life are when those we love leave without saying goodbye. May God have mercy on Abdulaziz Buhaji and grant him a place in His spacious gardens. b i n d a i n a@b a t e l c o . c om . b h Maj. Gen.
