H is Excellency the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received the former Chief of Defence Staff of the United Kingdom’s Armed Forces, General (Retd.) Sir Nicholas Carter, in the presence of the Deputy Chief of Public Security, Major General  Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa,  His Excellency welcomed the guest, praising the strategic partnership and close relations between Bahrain and the United Kingdom. He emphasised the commitment to further strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise in areas of mutual security interest. He also expressed appreciation for his contributions in supporting collaboration between the two friendly nations. The meeting reviewed several topics aimed at enhancing security cooperation and advancing joint efforts to serve the shared interests of both countries.
