is Excellency the Minister of Interior General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, chairman of the ministerial committee to follow up on the implementation of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Values of Nationalism, met residents of Muharraq Governorate. The meeting was in keeping with the importance of communicating with citizens and enhancing the community partnership approach, and took place at the Muharraq Events Hall, which was established by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa as part of efforts to enhance social cohesion and fabric among the residents and families of Muharraq. Advisor to HM the King for Youth and Sports Affairs, the Muharraq Governor, Salman bin Isa Bin Hindi Al Mannai, and several officials from the Ministry of Interior accompanied His Excellency. His Excellency conveyed to the people of Muharraq the greetings of His Majesty and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He said the meeting stems from the noble royal approach to strengthening bridges of communication with all members of society, within the framework of preserving citizen security and enhancing public safety. He listened with great interest the opinions and observations by the people of Muharraq, as well as their keenness to strengthen national belonging and everything that supports national unity and protects the social fabric and civil peace. He responded to the views of people through a frank, brotherly dialogue.
