Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa launched the new NPRA website on Monday during the periodic meeting with the NPRA Assistant Undersecretaries and directors.
He highlighted that the website is part of the 25 initiatives launched by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as part of the economic recovery to meet the inspirations of the government and Bahrain’s economic vision 2030.
He hailed the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to promote digital transformation and the use of technology. He asserted the dedication of the NPRA to facilitate all procedures, speed up the processing of services and the continuation of the development operations.
He said that the website https://www.npra.gov.bh meets technological development to enable clients to access services and information through new designs that could be logged in through smartphones.
