A meeting of the National Suggestions and Complaints System's Follow-Up Committee (Tawasul) for Muharraq Governorate was chaired by the Deputy Governor, Brigadier Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Jeeran. In addition to discussing the most prominent ideas and proposals for developing work. He was briefed on the latest developments and achievements made during the past year.
In the meeting, the Deputy Governor expressed his appreciation and sincere thanks to the work team responsible for keeping- up with the (Tawasul) system. He praised their significant role and efforts in resolving all complaints and proposals received, as well as their continuous follow-up with the competent authorities. Additionally, the committee discussed ideas and proposals aimed at enhancing the governorate's role and the services it provides.
In conclusion, the Deputy Governor stressed the importance of facilitating access for citizens and residents to the governorate. He directed the work team to intensify efforts, accelerate the pace of work, and maintain quality and efficiency. As part of the governorate's work, all communication channels should be opened so complaints and suggestions can be received and followed- up on.
