The Legal Affairs Directorate has held, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment, two lectures for 13 new lawyers at the Judicial & Legal Studies Institute. The lectures on outstanding practices at the security centres and procedural guarantees for inmates and detainees. The Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs, Brigadier Hamood Saad Hamood asserted that the two events were part of the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and the support of the Interior Ministry Undersecretary for the workforce.
