Deputy Chief of Public Security Major-General Dr Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa attended a graduation ceremony for some specialised courses at the Protocols and VIPs Protection Directorates. The courses were attended by officers, commissioned officers and other ranks from security directorates of the Interior Ministry, Bahrain Defence Force and National Guard.
Deputy Chief asserted that such courses come as part of the development and modernisation strategy adopted by His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and ongoing follow-up of the Chief of Public Security to enhance the skills of the workforce to promote competency.
After that, the Director of Protocols and VIPs Protection, Col. Ali Al Oraifi, thanked the Deputy Chief for attending the ceremony, hailing the support provided to the directorate to hold courses to reinforce the skills of its employees. He briefed the attendees about the courses and their goals.
The ceremony ended with the distribution of certificates among the participants.
