The General Directorate of Traffic has taken legal steps against more than 630 drivers from crossing the emergency lane in five days. Forty-four vehicles were seized for repeating the violations and risking the safety of road users on various roads.
The directorate asserted the continuation to enforce the law and monitor the violations, including crossing the emergency lane for hindering traffic. It called upon drivers to follow traffic laws for the safety of road users.
