The Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has arrested nine Arab and Asian individuals aged 25-46 for possessing Hashish and Shabu (crystal meth) in various cases. An investigation into received information led to identifying and arresting the suspects. Legal proceedings were taken to refer the cases to the Public Prosecution. To promote community partnership, the directorate calls upon citizens and residents to report complaints, observations and assistance through the anti-drug hotline 996. Confidentiality is protected.
