The Interior Ministry, through the Interior Ministry Undersecretary Office, has won a gold medal in the creative administration category as part of the International Stevie Awards, concerned with creativity and institutional excellence for international business, which is available to all institutions and companies around the world.
The reasons for winning the award included highlighting the best management practices through applying international quality management system standards, strategic planning, orientation towards the green environment, a development platform for training courses, electronic questionnaires, and management of suggestions and complaints.
The Office had participated in the Stevie Awards for the Middle East and North Africa. The awards ceremony was held on March 18 in Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates.
Interior Ministry Undersecretary Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa asserted that the winning was part of the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister to develop performance, use modern technology and keep pace with the best administrative practices.
He explained that this honourable achievement gives greater motivation to continue developing work mechanisms and levels of performance and raising the efficiency of teamwork, noting that the award has a prominent role in achieving sustainable development goals.
