Per efforts to promote digital transformation, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science called on Monday upon citizens and residents to process applications related to Criminal Information Directorate electronically via the e-government portal, Bahrain.bh, or go to its office in the Southern Governorate after booking an appointment via “Mawaeid” app.
Inquiries and comments are received via the virtual service centre or at 17872373. The directorate concluded by highlighting that per the new services, it was decided to close the Muharraq Security Complex.
