During the interactive training programme.. The Supervisor of the Executive Office of Bahrainouna:The programme was based on practical activities and realistic application of simulation strategies

The Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Value of Citizenship (Bahrainouna) organised an interactive training programme, under the title "Our identity is in our values". The programme was based  on practical activities and realistic application of simulation strategies as a way to learn and enhance the culture of national values and activate them in daily life.  

This came in implementation of the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister and Chairman of the Follow-Up Committee of the National Plan General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to work on developing events and activities that aim to strengthen national efforts to reinforce the culture of national values and transform them into realistic practices that reflect belonging and loyalty.

General Supervisor of the Executive Office of National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Value of Citizenship (Bahrainouna)  Brigadier Mohammed Bin Dainah clarified that community work through a meaningful national partnership represents the national framework, from which "Bahrainouna" with its five tracks and more than 100 initiatives emerged. He added that Simulation strategies and innovative activities in promoting a culture of values represented  a modern approach in promoting belonging to the nation, which remains the supreme and comprehensive national goal that brought the people together.

A number of officers, commissioned officers, other ranks and civilians in the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture participated in the interactive training programme, which was presented by experienced trainers. The programme aimed to develop the skills of the participants using techniques and methods to promote and activate the national values and enhance awareness and understanding of the national values system, in addition to developing leadership skills in activating and coexisting with values in work environments, helping to find initiatives and action plans to activate values in organisational units, and developing  confidence among the participants .

All the participants interacted during the training programme and they highly praised the  acquisition of many skills, especially teamwork and the promotion of the spirit of citizenship that the national plan "Bahrainouna" seeks to reinforce. The participants applied what they were trained on and presented various presentations through which they applied the training axes of plans and presentations, in addition to knowing all aspects of the plan, controlling time during presentation and focusing on completing the work collectively so that each individual is aware of the tasks assigned to him.
