Personnel Affairs Directorate of Human Resources at Ministry of Interior organised in association with the UN Office at the Kingdom a lecture on sustainable development. The lecture was delivered in Arabic and English and targeted a number of the ministry’s affiliates.
The lecture, which was delivered by Acting Director of the United Nations Information Center for the Gulf States Mr. Ali Saleh, Royal Academy of Police discussed the importance of sustainable development in preserving natural resources and developing the economy and society in a sustainable manner. The 17 sustainable development goals agreed upon by the United Nations were highlighted. United Nations in 2015, explaining how to achieve these goals at the local and global level.
At the end, Acting Director of the United Nations Information Center for the Gulf States was honored.
