The "Health Promoting Workplaces" team of the Northern Governorate Police Directorate in association with the Civil Defence Directorate and Training Directorate held a series of training courses in first aids and firefighting. The courses targeted 809 members of the Directorate.
The Officer in charge of the work of Capital Governorate Police Directorate Brigadier Saleh Rashid Al Doseri asserted that the courses came within the directorate’s efforts to meet the requirements for obtaining "diamond level" health-promoting workplace certificate.
The courses dealt with the basics of first aid, dealing in emergencies and the way of using fire extinguishers when accidents occur.
Brigadier Al Dosari distributed certificates to the participants and wished them success.
