Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa has received Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organisation, Shaikha Mashael Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, who handed him a copy of the NPRA Services Guideline.
The Organisation and Administrative Development Directorate drafted the guideline in cooperation with the NPRA.
The NPRA Undersecretary hailed the efforts in drafting the guideline that showcases workflows and details about NPRA 97 services.
