Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organisation Shaikha Mashael bint Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa launched a project to develop the infrastructure of the Information Technology and electronic systems of the Interior Ministry.
The project is part of the digital transformation of police work to enhance services provided to citizens and residents.
The Assistant Undersecretary asserted that the project comes as part of the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to develop security systems through technology to enhance competency. He highlighted the importance of joint efforts of various Interior Ministry directorates to benefit from the advanced infrastructure to enhance competency and performance, per the international specifications and standards.
The project is the foundation of the future digital transformation projects to enhance security services.
