CID organises football tournament

In order to promote the principle of community partnership and belonging to the nation that is pursued by Interior Ministry and within the activities of celebrating The International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science held the second football tournament between Al-Dair and Samaheej clubs.

Director- General of Criminal Investigations and Forensic Science indicated that the tournament came in implementation of the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister to implement the concept of community partnership in the security system of the Ministry, noting the support of Chief of Public Security to raise awareness of combating drugs and protecting society from its dangers through communicating with the youth to make optimal use of their leisure time and enhance the spirit of teamwork.

The Director General thanked all the parties that contributed to the success of the tournament, represented by the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture, Public Security Sports Association and  Al Dair and Samaheej Clubs.
