The Human Resources Directorate has held a negotiation meeting for Interior Ministry affiliates who obtained their master’s and doctorate degrees under the ministry’s scholarships programme in the last five years.
Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources, Brigadier Adel Abdullah Ameen welcomed the affiliates, highlighting that the meeting aimed to benefit from their accumulated expertise in enhancing the skills of other employees.
For his part, the Director of Civil Personnel Affairs, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, referred to the role of the graduates in passing their knowledge and enhancing the skills of the workforce.
