The Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has attended the first advanced anti-drug course. Organised by the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science, the training targeted officers from various directorates of the Interior Ministry, Bahrain Defence Force and National Guard.
The Director-General asserted that the training was part of His Excellency Interior Minister's development and modernisation strategy and follow-up of the Chief of Public Security to enhance workforce performance.
He pointed out that the training highlighted illicit drug issues, new technology in the field and trafficking methods. The participants thanked the General Directorate, hailing the topics and information discussed during the course.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates among the participants.
