The Criminal Information Directorate launched a virtual customer service centre that uses modern technology to provide advanced services.
The centre is part of the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Information and Communication Technology, to provide competent and active e-services.
