The Northern Governor, Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdulhussain Al Asfoor, attended an event organised by the Northern Governorate in cooperation with the Taj Medical Centre and the Bahraini Paramedics Academy.
He emphasised that the goal of this programme is to monitor statistics about chronic diseases in order to help prevent obesity and achieve the governorate's vision of being a healthy district.
The Ashoora season preparations were also inspected by the Northern governor, who also expressed his gratitude and talked about the distribution of the paramedic team to provide first aid in emergency situations.
