Customs Affairs has arrested an Asian female passenger, foiling her attempt to traffic around 5KG of narcotics via the Bahrain International Airport.
The Customs officers suspected the woman upon her arrival at the airport, and she was referred to the red lane and the narcotics were found inside her luggage. The case was referred to the Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Directorate of Traffic and Forensic Science for legal proceedings.
