His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, commended the efforts of ministries and public sector entities for their pivotal role in ensuring the success of Ashura. His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's strong social fabric, central to which is the principle of respecting faiths and religions, in line with the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for peaceful coexistence in the Kingdom. His Royal Highness expressed his pride in His Majesty the King’s recognition of the government’s efforts to prepare for a successful Ashura. In this regard, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised that the Kingdom's ministries and government agencies are committed to implementing the directives of His Majesty the King, which aims to preserve the strength of the Kingdom's united community. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the efforts of the government authorities, led by the Ministry of Interior and the Jaffari Endowments Council, as well as the role of heads of Ma’atams and Hussainias, supervising committees, and volunteers for their joint cooperation and commitment to ensuring a successful Ashura.
