The Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has arrested an Asian man and an Asian woman for possessing narcotics in two separate cases.
An investigation into the two cases led to the man's arrest and confiscation of illicit drugs worth more than BD40,000. Meanwhile, the woman was identified and arrested, and narcotics were seized from her. Legal proceedings were taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
