A delegation of the Child Cyberspace Protection Unit of the General Directorate of Anti-corruption and Economic and Electronic Security has visited the UK based Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command(CEOP).
The delegation was briefed on the Centre's work mechanisms and its role in providing protection and awareness for children to prevent them from falling victim to cybercrimes, in addition to the latest technologies used in this field. Ways to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise were also discussed to develop work mechanisms in the Child Protection Unit.
The visit comes within the framework of reviewing and developing successful experiences and benefiting from expertise, especially in the field of protecting society from the dangers of cyberspace.
