The Human resources at the Ministry of Interior won the HR EXPERT AWARDS Medal of Excellence at the International Forum for Human Resources Experts, which was held at the University of Jordan.
Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources at the Ministry of Interior Brigadier Adel Abdulla Amin, confirmed that the achievement was the result of the support and instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to raise the efficiency of administrative work, in order to provide The best services and the highest levels of efficiency. Also, Brigadier Adel Amin pointed to the close follow-up of His Excellency Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, and his keenness to develop the capabilities of the Ministry's employees.
Brigadier Adel Amin added that this achievement was an incentive to achieve the future goals of the Ministry of Interior, noting that participation in scientific conferences and forums was of great importance in achieving strategic goals.
The Human Resources participated with a working paper entitled (Best Practices and Policies Applied in Human Resources) presented by Major Sajida Al-Balushi, Captain Muna Al-Qannas and Captain Aisha Al-Shaer.
A group of international and Arab trainers specialised in human resources participated in the forum, which dealt with reviewing performance practices and their role in the success of human resource management, the integration of artificial intelligence in digital human resources and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of human resource management.
