Director-General of Guards, Brigadier Salman Al Zayed, has honoured a Policeman, Mansoor Ahmed, for distinguishing a fire in a civilian car when he was on duty in the Northern Governorate. He hailed the quick response and readiness of the honouree in dealing with emergencies. He said that his act promoted community partnership.
