Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa has received Assistant Undersecretary for Ports, Search and Follow-Up, Brigadier Abdulaziz Al Dossairi and Director of Ports, Lt-Col. Fawaz Al Jiran. He congratulated the Ports Directorate for winning the first position in the airport services quality reports by Airports Council International (ACI) for fast inspection of passports and facilitation of travel procedures in the second quarter of 2023.
The Undersecretary hailed the achievement, attributing it to the development and modernisation strategy of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. He hailed the contributions of the workforce in the accomplishment. He highlighted the continuation to develop the skills of the employees through specialised courses and benefiting from international expertise to provide the best to travellers.
