On the sideline of a security meeting between Bahrain and Egypt, Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassain, visited the Egyptian Police Academy and the National Institute for Special Forces Training.
The Chief asserted that the visit was part of the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa to promote security cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries to enhance training and face security challenges.
The Chief was briefed on the history of the academy and its educational programmes and training and informed about the centre’s studies and research. He also visited the Police Dogs (K9) Training Centre and was briefed on the latest training provided to them.
