Customs Affairs has foiled an attempt to traffic 0.5 KG of a narcotic locally known as “Shabu” through a mail package from an Asian country. The Anti-Narcotics Directorate has been notified, and an investigation into the case led to the arrest of two suspects while attempting to receive the package. A third suspect was arrested at his home, and Shabu-making tools were seized. Legal proceedings were taken, and the case was referred to the Public Prosecution.
