Human Resources carries out a training programme

The Human Resources of Interior Ministry carried out a field training programme (Takween) in association with Ministry of Education. A number of Interior Ministry’s directorates participated.

The programme is one of the educational development project’s basics where the third-level students in the industrial and commercial sections will be subject to evaluation and follow-up by Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Education teams. 

The theoretical part of the programme included a number of specialised, behavioral, cognitive and value aspects. It also included workshops and lectures on the history of the Bahrain Police, information security, an awareness lecture on the driver’s license. 

For the practical part, the students joined training courses at Interior Ministry’s directorates, according to their academic specialisations such as automobiles, diesel, electricity, mechanical operation, business studies and information technology.

The programme aims to reinforce the student’s values, modify their behavior, and expand their knowledge to prepare them for the labor market.
