Chief of Public visited Civil Defence in Muharraq

Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, visited the Customer Service Centre of the General Directorate of Civil Defence at the Security Complex in Muharraq. The visit was because of resuming the operation of the centre. He was received by the Director-General of Civil Defence, Brigadier Ali Al Kubaisi and all the civil defence directors. He hailed the centre’s services and facilities for citizens and residents that come as part of the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister, Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to provide the best security services and to continue with modernisation and development services. He directed continued efforts to promote community partnership. He was briefed on the centre’s workflow and modern technology to ensure fast processing of applications. He urged for the continuation of digital transformation efforts. He thanked the centre’s affiliates and all employees of the General Directorate of Civil Defence for their dedication and discipline to protect security and safety.
