The Royal Academy of Police (RAP) has honoured partners and supporters of its summer camp, one of the pioneering initiatives of the academy to meet the fourth goal concerning good education as part of the sustainable development goals by promoting partnerships.
The summer camp aims to strengthen nationalism and Islamic values, along with protecting children from crimes. It also encourages youth to spend their free time on suitable activities.
It is worth noting that since the launch of the summer camp in 2009, partnerships have been created with around 350 governmental and private entities to provide more than 700 training and fun programmes for 9,959 participants who joined 14 summer camps over 15 years.
