The Inspector-General, Major-General Abdullah Al Zayed, attended a Quality and Financial Monitoring Directorate ceremony to honour directorates who obtained ISO certification. The event was held to mark the World Quality Day 2023.
The Inspector-General hailed the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and his support to enhance performance, services and competency. He valued the efforts of the Interior Ministry’s directorates in applying international quality standards. He pointed out the significance of applying the best international practices in keeping with governance procedures and sustainable development goals, stressing that the Ministry of Interior is developing human capital by adopting global standards.
The Director of Quality and Financial and Administration Monitoring, Col. Hassan Al Malaki, briefed the event about the ISO certification types obtained by the Interior Ministry. At the end of the ceremony, the Inspector-General honoured the Director-General and Directors and wished them the best.
