His Highness Southern Governer Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, chaired a coordination meeting to follow up on preparations for the national celebrations, in the presence of Deputy Governor Colonel Hamad Mohammed Al Khayyat, and Director General of the Municipality Engineer Isa Abdulrahman Al Buainain, Head of Riffa Police Station Colonel Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and a number of other officials.
During the meeting, HH Southern Governor stressed that the Governorate is keen to hold a series of events to celebrate the national celebrations, adding that this important occasion has great significance in the hearts of the people in the districts, as celebrations vary by holding cultural and entertainment events in all areas.
The participants expressed their sincere gratitude to HH the Governor for his efforts and support in the preparations through continuous communication to discuss the latest developments and events taking place.
