Director-General of Civil Defence, Brigadier Ali Al Kubaisi, visited Bapco Refining and met its Chief Executive, Dr Abdulrahman Jawahery.
The Director-General asserted the importance of human resources development cooperation to promote safety in the industry environment. He hailed proactive measures to prevent worksite accidents and enhance emergency preparedness.
Bapco Refining Chief Executive hailed the efforts of the General Directorate of Civil Defence to protect lives, establishments and national achievements. Both sides reviewed cooperation, including training 300 individuals. They are the company’s newly appointed staff to enhance their general safety skills.
