The Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic has arrested some Asians aged 22 to 42 for drug possession and dealing in separate cases. Narcotics worth more than BD52,000 were confiscated.
The investigation into the information received led to the identification and arrest of the suspects. The police also seized money with them. Legal proceedings were taken, and the case was referred to the Public Prosecution.
