The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received a delegation of a student delegation from the University of Oxford, King's College, and the London University of Political Science and Economics in the United Kingdom.
He welcomed the students, wishing them success in their visit to learn more about the Kingdom of Bahrain and its openness, religious tolerance, rich civilisation, and history. He highlighted the efforts of the Interior Ministry to promote security and stability by fostering community partnership and other initiatives.
He also explained that the Ministry of Interior, within the framework of the insightful vision of His Majesty the King and through the care and directions of His Excellency the Minister of Interior, is working to embrace creativity and innovation.
In a related context, the most important security events in Bahrain and the region were reviewed, as well as the external interventions that attempted to tamper with and destabilise the nation’s security and how Bahrain overcame those circumstances and events.
