The Capital Governor, Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, asserted the Capital Governorate's dedication to inspecting residents' needs through various methods, including field visits. He continued that the Capital Governorate has allocated 20 direct and indirect communication channels with the residents to reach out to all segments of society.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Inquiries and Complaints Unit, Salman Al Shaikh, revealed that the Capital Governorate received 932 complaints, requests and suggestions. Of the cases, 50% were related to social aspects, 40% to service aspects and 10% to security observations. The unit visited 86 out of 125 residential areas in the district.
