Northern Governor Mr Ali bin Alshaikh Abdulhussain Al Asfoor stated that the Governorate was preparing a number of programmes and activities for Bahrain Sports Day.
The Northern Governor discussed during a meeting with the governorate officials all the preparations for the Sports Day which is to be held in Awali Park next February, pointing out that the public is welcome to send their proposals through the “Tawasul” system.
During the meeting, the first aid camp which was launched last Sunday in association with Bahrain Paramedic Academy was reviewed. The role of the Bahraini Farmers Market in the quality of food was also discussed as part of documenting the standards of the Healthy Cities programme.
